Sunshine Art Qld only became a reality early in 2015.  I had no warning of it blossoming, although I have always loved to draw.  That in itself has never changed.  I was always at peace when I had a pencil in hand.

 

It's been an awful long time since those school days when I could devote hours upon hours to what I loved.  I now have a busy life with a wonderful husband, Colin and four gorgeous boys.  Although they won't want me listing them - Brandon at 19, Benjamin at 17, Lochie at 14 and last, but in no way least, Mitcham at 13.  A noisy household where all ceases to exist when I'm drawing.  My biggest fan, Mitcham who loves to post my work almost sooner than I can get it loaded.  Boys who like to appear so 'boyish' in their endeavours but who will still help their dear old mum set up a website! 

 

I started drawing things that meant something dear to me and gifted some of these to some very special people in my life who have helped me through so much.  From friends who are now undoubtedly my family, to doctors who have kept me here on this earth to pass on the joy of my drawing to you all.

 

Please come on this journey with me as I delight in the works I can now produce from my heart.  Work, that at the tender age of 15, I was striving to achieve, not realising that sometimes you need to suffer to be able to pour out something great.
